Mercury Mark 20H original style multi water inlet gear case.  We have partially rebuilt this gear case with new water pump seals, new bearings and seal in the original bearing carrier and a new cone nut.  The gears are in good shape with a 16:21 gear ratio. When we took the case apart there was no water present in the gear case. The existing paint is nearly gone and the remainder needs to be strippped Looks like the very tip of the skeg has been welded but the case does not have any other cracks or welds. Prop shaft is in good condition as is the drive shaft. There are two areas on the leading edge of the upper portion of the case that appear to be eroded due to being tightly tied down to the transom. The lash feels very good. Postage cost will be added to the price. The picture of the parts laid out are what was in the case before adding new parts.
