Used Mercury Quicksilver 25SS style single hole gear case with a 25XS driveshaft, 11 inches length.  Skeg appears to be welded, done very well, has 16:21 gear ratio. We have not taken the case apart but it turns over very smooth and has the correct lash.  We can supply, for additional cost, new parts such as impeller, cone nut etc. if these are needed to rebuild the gear case. Overall a very nice gear case. Shipping charges and insurance will be added to the cost.
