Mercury 25SS Gear Case with parts to assemble.  This is a very nice empty gear case housing with one stud installed.  Includeded with the case are all new bearings, seals, water pump cartridge, impeller, bearing carrier and cone nut.  The following used parts are included water pump L ring, impeller key, prop shaft, shims, pinion nut, prop nut with washers, bearing snap ring, water pump external seal and drive shaft pilot. We have a choice of driveshafts available for separate purchase which include an NOS 25SS Shaft for $275, a used A/B original style drive shaft for $150.  We have used gears both in 1:1 or 16:21 as well as NOS gears in both ratio's with prices ranging from $150 to $395.  Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail and charged to the purchaser.
